Selection Stories
The idea of spiritual transformation has always sparked my curiosity — it feels vast, powerful, and often misunderstood. But every time I tried to have a conversation around it, I was met with hesitation. Maybe the topic feels too personal or “out there” for some. I had already received quite a few polite “no’s” from people, and I was almost ready to pause this search.
But then I reached out to Shweta Chatterjee — and to my surprise, she said yes. Not only was she open to the idea, but she also spoke about it with so much clarity and honesty. For that, I’m truly thankful.
Shweta is a spiritual transformation coach. She primarily teaches yoga and practices Kundalini Reiki, Pranic Healing, Theta Healing, Tarot reading, and numerology. She’s passionate about helping people through motivational tools and meditation. Her time is split between building her upcoming online business, being a mother, and guiding others on their healing journey. She lives by the mantra “live and let live,” and her goal is simple yet profound — to help people understand their true nature.
If you’ve ever felt drawn to the unseen, the inner work, or just wanted to understand what spiritual transformation really means, this conversation with Shweta might just be the sign you were waiting for.

Q1) What exactly does a spiritual transformation coach do, and how would you explain it to someone unfamiliar with the concept?
Shweta: A spiritual transformation coach assists individuals in improving their lives through spiritual practices such as yogic philosophy, Reiki healing, and meditation. When various therapies and self-help methods have proven unsuccessful, a spiritual coach can provide deeper insights and understanding to help you address your life’s challenges.
Q2) What inspired you to pursue the path of spiritual transformation? Was there a defining moment or experience?
Shweta: Certainly. When facing life’s challenges, remember that things can only improve. As a numerologist with a destiny number of 33, I experienced a transformative awakening at that age, gaining clarity and a completely altered perspective on life and myself.
Q3) What has been your biggest realization on this journey so far?
Shweta: That we are all part of the same consciousness.
Q4) How would you define life from your spiritual perspective?
Shweta: Life is necessary for evolution—an opportunity to fulfill our soul’s purpose.
Q5) “Live and let live” is a powerful life mantra. What does it truly mean to you beyond just the words?
Shweta: Living and letting live is a profoundly spiritual experience. When we release judgment of others and the need to control every situation, a deep sense of peace and harmony arises. Therefore, let us allow others to be themselves, and in turn, allow ourselves to simply be—to enjoy life, to let things unfold, and to experience life as if we are part of a larger story, remembering that nothing is truly permanent.
Q6) What is one common emotional or spiritual block you see in most people, and how do you help them overcome it?
Shweta: A significant obstacle is a lack of open-mindedness. We have been conditioned to only believe in what we can see, hear, and feel, making surrender difficult. Therefore, releasing our attachments is crucial.
Q7) Have you ever faced criticism or resistance regarding your profession? How do you handle it?
Shweta: I typically wait for others to initiate contact before reaching out to them. I share information about my services, but I avoid pressuring anyone to utilize them. Therefore, I rarely encounter criticism. However, I understand that some individuals might speak negatively about me behind my back, though that doesn’t concern me.
Q8) How do you integrate ancient practices like yoga with the demands of modern digital life?
Shweta: The practice is deeply intertwined with our lives. While it’s called ancient, its relevance has always been present. Finding calm and peace through these practices can be incredibly rewarding, even leading to a lifestyle change. As for my digital life and pursuits, I enjoy technology and innovation, working on new projects whenever possible. However, my priorities are family, work, and wellness, in that order. I also practice detachment and avoid taking things too seriously; if I can’t find the time for something, I relax and let it be.
Q9) What is one aspect of your work that requires hard work but often goes unnoticed by others?
Shweta: Daily meditation and rituals help me stay focused on my goals and intentions. I practice daily healing and read spiritual books to maintain constant awareness. This has been a journey of years of practice and dedication.
Q10) How much water do you consciously try to drink every day?
Shweta: 2.5 to 3 liters.
Q11) If you could go back in time and share one spiritual insight with your younger self, what would it be?
Shweta: That we are all part of the same consciousness.
Q12) If you met God, what would you say?
Shweta: Thank you—and also, I love you.
